Building the backbone of Nigeria's transport.
DRYVA.NG started with a simple observation: getting around shouldn't mean haggling over fares or wondering if a vehicle is roadworthy. We build the technology to fix that — for commuters and operators alike, wherever they are.
Two problems, one platform
It started in Uyo — where shared buses and tricycles move most people every day, but fares shift by the hour, pickup points are informal, and operators have little visibility into their own fleets. The same pattern shows up in city after city.
DRYVA.NG was built to close that gap from both sides: Easy Waka gives commuters clarity and fair pricing, while our Fleet Management Service gives operators, unions and regulators the tools to run transport like the serious economic sector it is.
Why we do this
Our mission
To make shared transport organized, safe and transparent — one route, one fleet at a time.
Our vision
A future where every commuter can name their fare in advance, and every operator can see their fleet in real time.
Our rollout plan
Phase 1 — Uyo pilot
Launch Easy Waka on the busiest intra-city routes and onboard the first cohort of verified drivers onto FMS.
Phase 2 — Regional corridors
Extend organized routes beyond Uyo to neighboring cities and transit corridors.
Phase 3 — Regional FMS
Bring Fleet Management Service to transport unions and government partners across neighboring states.
Our values
Transparency
Fares, data and fleet performance — visible to the people who depend on them.
Safety first
Every product decision starts with the question: does this make the journey safer?
Local-first
Built for the specific realities of Nigerian roads and routes — starting in Uyo.
Reliability
The bus or keke you're promised is the one that shows up — on time, every time.
